Disappointed with the packaging. Ordered it to kandy and it came all the way even without a bag to secure it. It was just packed in the brown bag which meant the sleeper bag was exposed through out the delivery. Especially when this is a product for a baby. It should have atleast been sent in a polythene wrap

I’m really pleased with the quality of the materials, and the fabric feels great. I also found the prices very affordable compared to those of other stores, which made the overall shopping experience even better.
My only suggestion would be to expand the available range by offering more designs, colours, and size options. Having a wider variety to choose from would make the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would happily shop with Mackly again.

The quality is good but the size information is untrue. I was told it can be worn by my 5 year old but even by the look of it, it is clear that it would not fit an average child of 4 or above. Please reconsider the age category of the products.

I started using it when the baby was two weeks old. I kept an extra layer of clothing inside the nappy, but it still soaked through. Since I change nappies frequently, this didn't work for me. But it is handy because of the velcro method.
