At Mackly, we take pride in offering high-quality sleepwear and lifestyle garments. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges, provided the following conditions are met.

πŸ” Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • Hygiene Notice: Innerwear products cannot be exchanged. Please review size and product details carefully before purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging.
  • Damaged, soiled, altered or unhygienic items will not be accepted.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for further exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • Mackly reserves the right to decline exchanges if conditions are not met.

In-store Purchases

Must be exchanged at the same store location. Online exchange is not available for store purchases.

Online Purchases

Orders placed via www.mackly.lk can be exchanged:

  • At OGF or Colombo 5 stores
  • Through our online exchange process

Items are not reserved until original products are received and approved after inspection.

⚠ Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for safe return shipping.
  • Parcel must be securely packed.
  • Mackly is not liable for lost parcels.
  • No cash refunds provided.
  • Customers bear courier charges.
  • Taxes or duties must be paid by customer.
  • Local exchanges: up to 8 working days.
  • International exchanges: up to 15 working days.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Faulty or Damaged Items (Online Orders)

  • Issue must be reported within 1 day of receiving the item.
  • Mackly will arrange free pickup of confirmed faulty items.
  • Once inspected, we will offer replacement or refund.

Exchange may be rejected if:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Reported after 1 day
