Exchange Policy – Mackly Sri Lanka
🔁 Exchange Conditions
- Items must be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Hygiene Notice: Innerwear products cannot be exchanged. Please review size and product details carefully before purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging.
- Damaged, soiled, altered or unhygienic items will not be accepted.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for further exchange.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- Mackly reserves the right to decline exchanges if conditions are not met.
📍 Where to Exchange
In-store Purchases
Must be exchanged at the same store location. Online exchange is not available for store purchases.
Online Purchases
Orders placed via www.mackly.lk can be exchanged:
- At OGF or Colombo 5 stores
- Through our online exchange process

- Requested exchange (size / colour / style)
Items are not reserved until original products are received and approved after inspection.
⚠ Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for safe return shipping.
- Parcel must be securely packed.
- Mackly is not liable for lost parcels.
- No cash refunds provided.
- Customers bear courier charges.
- Taxes or duties must be paid by customer.
- Local exchanges: up to 8 working days.
- International exchanges: up to 15 working days.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Faulty or Damaged Items (Online Orders)
- Issue must be reported within 1 day of receiving the item.
- Mackly will arrange free pickup of confirmed faulty items.
- Once inspected, we will offer replacement or refund.
Exchange may be rejected if:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Reported after 1 day
